  3. you may use these animated icons for free.
  4. But please include this small text file if you want to distribute them.

  6. INSTALLATION:

  8. Animated cursors (pointers) should be copied to the windows/cursors
  9. directory. If you launch mouse from control panel and change a pointer,
  10. the default directory where pointers are located is the cursors dir in
  11. windows.
  12.  
  13. You MUST set your Desktop to more! than 256 colors to view the cursors 
  14. in full color.
